Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen and you can't make it. We respectfully request at least a 72 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Keep in mind that when you forget or cancel your appointment last minute, we can't fill that appointment slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please note that there will not be any refunds on deposit under any circumstances including, but not limited to, disagreement with pricing, pregnancy, moving, travel, car issues, etc.
Clients who no show or cancel the same day will have to pay 50% up front to reschedule. In case you were a no show or cancel the same day again, the 50% payment will not be refunded.
